Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation (Chrysolite IMC) is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Senior Asset Manager I Business Development Client Relationship Manager to support the continued growth of our Private Wealth Management (PWM) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Investing divisions.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building long-term business relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and providing exceptional client service while contributing to strategic business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will work with business owners, accredited investors, entrepreneurs, commercial real estate professionals, and high-net-worth individuals to introduce Chrysolite IMC's investment management and business consulting solutions.
Position Summary
The Senior Asset Manager I serves as both a business development professional and client relationship manager responsible for identifying qualified prospects, nurturing strategic relationships, coordinating investment opportunities, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
This position combines consultative sales, client relationship management, investment support, and account development while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and service.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and strategic outreach.
Build and manage long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct professional client consultations to understand financial and investment objectives.
Present the Company's Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate investment solutions.
Coordinate follow-up communications and maintain regular client engagement.
Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and client documentation.
Assist in identifying Commercial Real Estate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with Executive Leadership to achieve regional business development goals.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and executive reports.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, reporting requirements, and operational procedures.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
