Designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications in an AS400 environment, the full-time Senior SYNON/AS400 Developer will collaborate with business analysts and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions while working remotely from Richardson, TX. Key responsibilities Partner with business analysts and technical leads to clarify requirements and define technical solutions Develop, review, and enhance applications using AS400 technologies including RPGLE, RPGILE, CLLE, and SYNON Create and execute unit test plans, resolve defects, and support quality assurance and regression testing activities Required qualifications Strong experience working in AS400/IBM i development environments Hands-on expertise with RPGLE and RPGILE programming Proficiency in CLLE development and system-level programming Experience developing and maintaining applications using SYNON Ability to participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
