• Spent 6-8 years in an advertising agency, creative studio, or production house
• Thrived in collaborative creative environments where the best ideas win, regardless of where they come from
• Led creative projects and client accounts, not just supported them
• Art directed video campaigns, content shoots, and integrated campaigns from concept through execution
• Created storyboards, mood boards, and visual references that brought ideas to life
• Built visual worlds through casting, styling, set design, motion, music, and production design
• Created and overseen design systems, presentations, layouts, and campaign assets across modern media channels
• Led productions with partners and creative teams from pre-production through post-production
• Demonstrated strong concepting, visual storytelling, and presentation skills
• Earned a reputation for delivering work with exceptional craft, style, design, cultural relevance, and meticulous execution
• Managed other creatives (a plus)
