Senior Architecture & Capablities Engineer

ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership and end-to-end systems engineering expertise for mission-critical defense and intelligence systems in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will analyze user requirements, develop system architecture and design documentation, guide operational integration, and ensure the technical integrity of system baselines across the full lifecycle. You will act as a primary technical liaison with Government overseers and cross-functional teams, translating complex operational needs into scalable, verifiable, and secure architectures.

The annual base salary range for this role is $171,000-$202,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
