About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of architecture projects throughout Northern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of public works, commercial, or civic buildings and a passion for shaping communities through thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful design.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all project phases, including concept development, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, consultants, and city agencies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
Manage client relationships and represent the firm in meetings with public agencies and community stakeholders.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to design reviews and quality control processes.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and proposals.

Required Qualifications

Licensed Architect
10+ years of experience
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD.
Deep understanding of Building Code, ADA, and CEQA requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
LEED or other sustainability credentials preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on large-scale public and civil projects
Knowledge of community engagement and participatory design processes.
Familiarity with design-build or public-private partnership (P3) delivery models.
