Senior Arbitration AssociateA growing litigation practice is seeking an experienced Senior Arbitration Associate to join its dispute resolution team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a significant portfolio of arbitration matters, work closely with firm leadership on case strategy and operational initiatives, and contribute to the continued expansion of a sophisticated arbitration practice.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload of arbitration matters from inception through resolution.Draft and review arbitration demands, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and discovery responses.Conduct legal research and develop case strategy for individual and coordinated dispute matters.Prepare for and represent clients at arbitration hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and other dispute resolution proceedings.Collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows, develop templates, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and consistency across matters.Ensure compliance with applicable arbitration rules, procedures, deadlines, and provider requirements.Monitor case progress and provide regular reporting regarding developments, risks, and case strategy.Work closely with attorneys, support staff, and outside vendors to ensure matters are effectively managed and advanced.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.4+ years of litigation, arbitration, or employment law experience.Significant experience handling arbitration matters from inception through hearing or resolution.Familiarity with major arbitration forums and procedural rules, including AAA and JAMS.Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness.Experience working in a fast-paced litigation environment preferred.CompensationTotal compensation range: $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Competitive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a growing practice.
