Senior AR Specialist

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Senior AR Specialist will assist patients with financial aspects of hospital services, mentor team members, and manage outstanding account balances in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Assist in coordinating and following up on claims from billing through final resolution Identify and correct billing errors, educating team members to prevent recurrence Review and resolve payment errors, low reimbursements, and denials requiring expertise Required qualifications 5 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance collections Strong knowledge of computer billing systems, particularly X-claim Ability to train, mentor, and lead a team Experience in customer support and issue resolution management Proficiency with MS Office
