To enhance the intelligence of a cutting-edge platform, the full-time Senior Applied AI Engineer will design and implement production-ready AI capabilities, optimize agent performance, and evaluate AI systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement AI capabilities to improve reasoning, accuracy, and developer productivity
- Continuously refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and improve AI response quality through experimentation
- Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark datasets to measure AI effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or machine learning development
- Demonstrated experience in developing production AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar
