Senior Applied AI Engineer: Build Internal AI Tools Fast

BLP Digital is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to build AI-powered internal tools that accelerate hiring, finance, and ops workflows. You will work at the frontier of LLMs, AI agents, and emergent tooling, applying them to our own company processes.

You’ll own deployments end-to-end, write maintainable code, and collaborate with non-technical teams to turn pain points into automated solutions. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
