To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Applications/System Analyst will design and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites, implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, and ensure compliance and security of SharePoint environments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites and governance standards Create and implement automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and develop Power BI dashboards Provide Tier II and Tier III SharePoint support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions and testing results Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience Experience in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform and incident management Knowledge of basic web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals Experience in low-code/no-code development and basic scripting skills Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
