In this role, you'll serve as a project leader and subject matter expert responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the healthcare information systems that power our organization.This position partners closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate real-world healthcare needs into effective system solutions. You will help ensure our application systems are functional, integrated, and continuously improving — ultimately supporting caregivers in delivering outstanding patient care.If you enjoy problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and making meaningful improvements to healthcare technology, this role offers an opportunity to make a real impact.What You'll DoApplication Support & OptimizationProvide high-quality customer service and end-user support, including configuring applications, building system tables/dictionaries, creating user access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation across our entire ERP system.Monitor service requests and system functionality, identify problems and root causes, and lead efforts to resolve issues and improve system performance.Collaborate with end users to implement, optimize, and maintain application systems and content.Project Management & ImplementationServe as project manager for the implementation, support, and integration of healthcare information systems.Participate in system planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities.Manage work plans, timelines, and project tasks while coordinating with users, vendors, and leadership.Facilitate project teams and guide decision-making across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.Systems Integration & Workflow ImprovementTranslate clinical and operational needs into functional system requirements.Serve as liaison between end users and software vendors.Assist with development of system interfaces, workflow design, table mapping, and specification development.Conduct integrated system testing and apply quality management principles to ensure system reliability.Continuous ImprovementDemonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and issue management skills.Support change management and production system updates.Stay current with healthcare technology trends and pursue professional development opportunities.Required QualificationsMinimum of one of the following:Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field, OR5+ years of healthcare IT or related industry experienceExperience with Enterprise Resource PlanningCurrent Oracle Fusion certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hireDemonstrated project management experience, including implementation of software application systemsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiencesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalismSolid understanding of personal computers and common software applications (such as Microsoft Office)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with hospital or clinic application systemsExperience with Meditech and/or Oracle FusionExperience supporting software application implementation and optimizationFamiliarity with database structures, reporting tools, or data management systemsKnowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operationsWhy Join Logan Health?At Logan Health, we believe technology should empower caregivers and improve patient outcomes.
