To support the Resort Application Development team, the full-time Senior Applications Analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners, focusing on production support, incident management, and quality assurance for critical resort applications in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead incident triage and root cause analysis, providing troubleshooting and stakeholder communication Gather requirements and support backlog prioritization while mentoring and coaching team members Perform QA, UAT, and regression testing, ensuring the stability and performance of applications Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Analyst Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and data analysis Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based applications and services
