This role plays a key part in optimizing clinical workflows and delivering innovative IT solutions across complex healthcare environments.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Beacon modulesAnalyze business and clinical requirements to design effective system solutionsConfigure, test, and deploy application enhancements and upgradesProvide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing application supportCollaborate with stakeholders across clinical and technical teamsSupport oncology and transfusion-related workflows within large health systemsEnsure system performance, reliability, and data integrityParticipate in system design, validation, and documentation effortsQualifications:Epic Beacon Certification requiredExperience working in oncology and/or transfusion scheduling environments preferredBackground in large health systems or university medical centers strongly preferredStrong experience with EHR systems implementation and supportAbility to manage complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutionsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment
