Seeking a full-time Senior Applications Analyst - Epic, the candidate will lead and provide expertise in Resolute Billing, managing project activities, and supporting application software to enhance departmental workflow and patient safety in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead project management activities for the implementation and support of Epic Resolute Billing applications Consult with clinical and administrative staff to optimize application use and improve operational processes Analyze and design solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies Required qualifications Epic Resolute Billing certification and relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of healthcare/IT experience Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems ITIL and HIMSS certifications to be completed within one year of hire Strong understanding of hospital operations and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
