Senior Application QA Lead — Hybrid, Automation & Leadership

Horace Mann is seeking an Application Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA strategy across projects in a hybrid role based in Springfield, IL or Plano, TX. The incumbent leads QA teams, coordinates test planning, and promotes automation and AI-assisted testing to improve quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include test strategy, defect management, risk assessment, and governance, with collaboration across developers, product, and PMs. Prior experience in insurance software is preferred.
