Focused on modernizing the NOC Portal, the full-time Senior Application Programmer will develop and maintain applications using JavaScript/TypeScript for the front end and Python for the back end, while also managing existing PHP components. Key responsibilities Participate in the architecture, development, and maintenance of NOC Portal systems, ensuring high-quality code delivery Troubleshoot and upgrade existing software, identifying areas for system improvement and implementing modifications Apply agile practices to maximize business value and enhance customer outcomes through continuous improvement Required qualifications Strong full-stack web development experience with proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP College degree in a technical field or at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a structured development environment Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment, including familiarity with agile practices and tools Proficient in writing and debugging shell scripts for automation and ETL processes Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, cloud services, and database management, particularly with MySQL/MariaDB
