Managing complex application processes, the full-time Senior Application Processor will ensure accurate and compliant processing of high-risk applications while serving as a mentor and quality champion in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Independently manage complex, exception-based applications from intake through approval Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow redesign and automation opportunities Analyze and validate complex documentation, income, and third-party verifications Required Qualifications 3-5 years of application processing experience or equivalent experience Demonstrated success in relevant job functions or projects Advanced knowledge of documentation, underwriting guidelines, or policy frameworks Strong technical proficiency with internal databases and application processing systems Bilingual in Spanish preferred
