Working remotely as a full-time Senior Application Engineer, the successful candidate will design, build, and maintain automation systems for workplace technologies, enhancing collaboration and user experience while managing day-to-day administration and contributing to various projects. Key responsibilities: Design and develop scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for collaboration tools and identity platforms Implement monitoring and troubleshooting for automation and AI workflows to improve reliability and scalability Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to ensure compliance and data standards are integrated through automation Required qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in software engineering or workplace technology development, focusing on automation or scripting Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with RESTful APIs Experience with SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, and interest in AI workflows Understanding of IAM/SSO concepts, with a willingness to grow in this area Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical partners
