Senior Application DeveloperProvide production support and operational maintenance for the DWC Automated Integrated Claims System (AICS) and associated interfaces. Investigate application incidents, defects, and production issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Perform coding, testing, and deployment of software modifications required to resolve production problems and support business operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot legacy AS400/IBM i applications developed using 2E. Coordinate development activities with ITSD-DOLIR development staff and participate in code reviews, testing, and implementation activities. Utilize the State of Missouri ticketing system to manage assigned work, update issue status, document resolutions, and track effort associated with problem resolution.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, issue reports, and knowledge transfer materials. Support modernization initiatives by assisting with data extraction, interface analysis, system knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
