Leading enterprise initiatives for transforming legacy applications, the full-time Senior Application Modernization & Migration Architect will work remotely to provide strategic leadership and hands-on technical guidance in modernizing and migrating applications to cloud-native solutions using AI and automation. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end application modernization and cloud migration initiatives, defining target-state architectures Design cloud-native solutions and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to support modernization efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive migration strategies and ensure business continuity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 15+ years of enterprise application development or engineering experience 7+ years working with COBOL and other mainframe-based languages 5+ years leading large-scale application modernization or cloud migration programs Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
