Supporting healthcare applications, the full-time Senior Application Analyst will manage day-to-day operational issues, perform configuration and maintenance, and assist end-users with the MyCap Mobile App and REDCap while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assists end-users with the MyCap Mobile App and processes administrative requests within REDCap Designs, configures, and tests mobile applications to enhance research and operational workflows Analyzes and supports implementations for assigned products, including testing, reporting, and user training Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field At least 5 years of relevant experience in application support or analysis Proficiency in REDCap and mobile application management Experience in analyzing clinical, administrative, or financial workflows Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
