Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Appian Consultant will help envision, design, and implement new features using the Appian low-code platform while collaborating with a team in an Agile environment and mentoring junior developers. Key responsibilities: Design and implement features based on the prioritized product backlog using the Appian platform Participate in Agile meetings, including User Story grooming and Sprint Planning, while providing estimates for upcoming sprints Conduct unit testing of developed features and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and functionality Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or other IT-related degree U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government's Public Trust security clearance At least 6 years of experience in designing and implementing digital, BPM, or case management solutions using Appian Strong Appian development and debugging skills, with experience in recent Appian versions (20.x and later) Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases) and business workflows
