Owning the design and maintenance of data models and pipelines, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will build the data foundations for customer experience and compliance operations, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions while working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines to support CX operations and compliance reporting Collaborate with CX Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to translate business needs into data requirements and deliver self-serve analytics solutions Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into performance, customer trends, and compliance health Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related data role Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as dbt, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) Experience with data modeling concepts and building well-documented data products Familiarity with BI/visualization tools like Looker or Tableau Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
