JD Power is seeking a Senior Analyst in OEM Customer Success to serve as the data analytics lead for one or more OEM clients. You will apply deep analytics and industry knowledge to help reduce warranty costs and improve quality, influencing strategic decisions across clients.
You will leverage Palantir Foundry and Tableau to build scalable analyses, present insights to executive audiences, and train users on new JD Power data products. Domestic travel up to 60% is required.
