Supporting the end-to-end closing process for private investments, the full-time Senior Analyst, Transaction Services will coordinate documentation, funding, and system setup while engaging with complex legal and financial documents in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinating the closing process for private equity, private credit, real estate, and structured transactions Reviewing transaction documents to assess implications for operational and accounting setup Managing deal pipelines and ensuring timely transaction onboarding and settlement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in transaction support or deal closing processes within financial services Knowledge of private investment structures and financial instruments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Familiarity with US GAAP and statutory accounting principles preferred
