As a full-time Senior Analyst, Transaction Services, the candidate will support the closing process for private investments, including private equity and real estate, while collaborating with investment teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end closing process for private investments by coordinating documentation, funding, and system setup Review transaction documents critically to assess implications for operational and accounting setup, escalating issues as needed Manage deal pipelines and closing timelines, ensuring transactions remain on schedule through proactive follow-up Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in transaction support or deal closing processes within financial services Knowledge of private investment structures and financial instruments, with exposure to private equity or private credit preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with US GAAP and statutory accounting principles preferred
