Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Analyst, Special Projects will manage data analysis, value creation initiatives, and project management to drive growth and operational improvements in a primarily remote setting. Key responsibilities Build and refine sustainable models for reporting and analysis, delivering trustworthy insights Partner with finance and operations leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improved financial performance Develop and manage strategic projects that align with organizational goals, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, project management, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Proficiency in Excel (Expert) and PowerPoint (Advanced); familiarity with Tableau is a plus Experience creating multi-phase project plans and working with cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences
