Supporting a broad system-wide portfolio, the full-time Senior Analyst, Business Operations will manage operational and financial performance across clinical services, driving business planning and analysis while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with clinical and operational directors to manage budgets and improve financial and operational performance Lead analytical efforts including business plan development, market analysis, and cost/benefit assessments Translate operational insights into financial performance opportunities and actionable recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of progressively complex experience in healthcare operations Strong analytical expertise linking financial performance to clinical and operational drivers Experience in finance management or business administration is required Demonstrated ability to influence change in a complex healthcare environment
