Seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst for a fully remote position who will manage Member Growth Analytics, leveraging data to enhance member engagement and improve health outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the member lifecycle to identify opportunities for improving engagement and translating insights into actionable recommendations Partner with cross-functional leaders to define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives, fostering a culture of experimentation Own the Member Growth Analytics scope, ensuring projects are effectively managed and delivered on time while communicating priorities and risks proactively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or similar analytical roles Demonstrated experience analyzing customer behavior and lifecycle metrics to inform strategic business decisions Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or similar analytical programming languages Familiarity with healthcare analytics or experience in a healthcare-related industry is preferred
