Senior Analyst, Plan Terminations

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of plan termination projects, the full-time Senior Analyst, Plan Terminations will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and accuracy in retirement plan terminations while working remotely from designated states in the US. Key responsibilities Oversee plan termination projects, interpreting plan documents and ensuring all necessary actions are completed Review and manage Exit Policy Forms to determine appropriate exit types and workflows Facilitate communication with clients and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure project completion Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration or related fields Expertise in 401(k) plan operations and the ability to interpret plan documents Strong project management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Relius and Salesforce administration systems preferred
