Senior Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Winnebago County area that's looking for a Senior Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $110K - $140K.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support mergers and acquisitions through company assessments, financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, and transaction process management.
• Perform discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses to evaluate potential opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze data, assess performance, and identify key drivers of value.
• Develop strategic recommendations aligned with organizational plans to support informed leadership decisions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to strengthen strategy and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports on business performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to execute strategic initiatives and support leadership presentations.

The Senior Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity experience.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and build relationships across finance and operations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel up to 20%.
