Owning key platforms and workflows within the go-to-market technology stack, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, GTM Systems will analyze business needs, design solutions, and ensure effective platform management to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations. Key responsibilities Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather operational goals and requirements Own the configuration and administration of GTM platforms while managing vendor relationships Design and maintain connected workflows and automations that enhance platform integration and performance Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations roles Hands-on experience administering and configuring GTM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience leading CRM requirements and solution design, with a strong understanding of data models and integrations Proven ability to gather requirements, write specifications, and lead user acceptance testing
