Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Client Insights to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage data analysis to support sales, merchant retention, and product improvements for a leading AI-driven post-purchase solutions provider. Key Responsibilities Serve as the analytical bridge between Sales and merchants, translating data into business cases and pricing models Partner with Merchant Success to create analyses demonstrating ROI and supporting renewal conversations Interact with merchants to understand reporting needs and deliver a best-in-class analytics experience Required Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or as a Technical Account Manager Understanding of consumer brands and ecommerce metrics, with experience in data-driven decision-making Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and writing efficient code Familiarity with Snowflake and Tableau Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and product improvements
