About the role:
• Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities.
• Conduct financial analysis and build detailed underwriting models to assess investment returns, cash flows, and valuation.
• Perform market, property, and comparable-company research to support investment decisions and asset-level strategies.
• Assist with due diligence, including reviewing property-level financials, operating assumptions, market data, and third-party reports.
• Prepare investment materials, presentations, and analyses for senior management and investment committees.
