To support a growing renewable energy division, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Application Development will develop, maintain, and enhance software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements, translating them into technical specifications Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Quickbase, SQL, and other technologies, ensuring operational efficiency and user experience Support products throughout their lifecycle by troubleshooting application issues, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements based on user feedback Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in supporting, implementing, or enhancing business applications or enterprise systems Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI Experience with relational databases and application support methodologies Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
