Reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting, the full-time Senior Analyst, Accounting will assist with SEC reporting and month-end close activities while working remotely, focusing on the preparation of financial schedules and tracking clinical trial expenses. Key responsibilities Assist with the preparation of supporting schedules for form 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy filings Perform tie out of form 10-K and 10-Q and prepare journal entries, including accruals Support internal and external auditor requests and participate in process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work well cross-functionally and across geographies Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic
