Senior Aircraft Maintenance Director – Private Flight Dept.

The Director of Maintenance will own airworthiness, safety, and reliability of a small, high-value fleet for a private family flight department in the Pacific Northwest.

This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance strategy, scheduling, vendor management, and regulatory compliance for Embraer Legacy 600, Citation 550, and Quest Kodiak, with direct access to owners and the Chief Pilot.
