Senior AI Transformation Analyst

To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts. Key responsibilities Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and identify operational challenges Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value Develop business blueprints that define requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is preferred Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements Strong facilitation skills and experience documenting business processes and requirements Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
