Role: Senior AI Security Engineer

Title: AVP/VP

Location: NYC, NY (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) – Full-time

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Required Experience: 8+ years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Security Engineer with expertise in Application Security, DevSecOps, and AI Security to secure LLM-based applications and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI security guardrails, secure AI architectures, and perform AI-focused security assessments and red-team exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage application security controls (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Design and secure AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI agents.
• Configure and secure MCP, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Conduct penetration testing, prompt injection, jailbreak, and AI red-team assessments.
• Evaluate and validate AI guardrails and security controls.
• Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews.

Required Skills

• Application Security (SAST, DAST, Secure SDLC)
• DevSecOps and Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• LLM and AI Security
• Penetration Testing and AI Red Teaming
• OWASP Top 10 and OWASP LLM Top 10

Preferred

• CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or similar security certifications.
• Experience with AI governance and model risk management.
