Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead and drive the Artificial Intelligence & Automation value stream within D&T. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of the AI value stream, collaborating with business operations to translate user requirements into proactive solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop the overarching strategy, vision, and roadmap for all AI projects to achieve business objectives, identify and prioritize AI use cases in the customer care domain to elevate support efficiencies, and perform feature planning, prioritization, and execution for advanced automation capabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT‑related field
- 5+ years of product management, program management, or team leadership experience
