Senior AI Process Analyst

To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts. Key responsibilities Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and document workflows, identifying opportunities for AI and operational improvements Assess business functions for agentic AI suitability and collaborate with SMEs to define AI-enabled business capabilities Develop detailed business blueprints that outline requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed AI solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and consulting engagements Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops with stakeholders Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations Experience working directly with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
