Senior AI/ML Product Security Lead

Norstella is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead multi‑product security programs for AI/ML platforms, mentor engineers, and embed security guardrails across the SDLC from intake to production.

You will own threat modelling, vulnerability management, incident response, and CI/CD security, ensuring AI‑generated code meets SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards while enabling safe, auditable releases.
