Raft is seeking a Lead Engineer for the (R)AIMS platform to guide architecture, execution, and engineering rigor. You will be hands-on, driving major epics and setting patterns across distributed systems, AI/ML integration, and Kubernetes-native infrastructure.
You will mentor engineers, partner with product and delivery teams, and engage with DoD stakeholders to demonstrate capabilities. This role supports remote work within the United States with travel up to 25%.
