Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Subject Matter Expert III to design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance enterprise healthcare applications and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, Generative AI, cloud-native AI platforms, and enterprise system integration.
- Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Build scalable AI services and APIs in cloud environments
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready
- Support model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices
- Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI platforms
- Experience with AWS cloud services and AI/ML tooling
- Knowledge of API development and cloud-native architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments or CMS environments
