Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable AI/ML systems that serve millions of users
- Lead research and prototyping of novel ML approaches for enterprise products
- Mentor junior ML engineers and establish best practices for the team
- Design and optimize model training pipelines for large-scale datasets
- Collaborate with product leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, transformer architectures, and distributed training
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production
- Experience with LLM integration, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Strong system design skills for ML infrastructure and data pipelines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- Experience with multi-modal AI systems
- Open-source contributions to ML frameworks
