Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 10+ years of overall technology experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI/ML programs.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions.

AI & Machine Learning

• Deep expertise with:
  • AWS Bedrock
  • Bedrock AgentCore (Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway, Registry, Observability)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Agentic AI
  • Multi-Agent Systems
  • ReAct and Tool-Use architectures
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Vector Databases
