Senior AI Growth Engineer

Building automated acquisition systems, the full-time Senior AI Growth Engineer will design and implement AI-driven infrastructure for customer acquisition, including audience models and campaign automation, while working remotely in the USA. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated acquisition systems, including AI-driven workflows and enrichment pipelines Mine data to identify high-propensity customer segments and build models for scoring acquisition targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate pipeline goals into automated campaign workflows and maintain reporting dashboards Required qualifications Proven experience in building automated systems and AI-driven workflows Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in data-rich environments Experience in campaign architecture and experimentation Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and data integration tools Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
