Role Overview
Lead AI adoption and enablement initiatives across business and technology teams. Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native database solutions on AWS. Build and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high availability, performance, and scalability.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
AI Adoption & Enablement
- Lead AI adoption and enablement initiatives across business and technology teams
- Support cloud migration, modernization, and automation efforts
Cloud-Native Database Development (AWS)
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native database solutions on AWS
- Build and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high availability, performance, and scalability
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
- Implement data pipelines and integrations to support AI/ML workloads
Collaboration & Data Strategy
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define data strategies
- Leverage AWS Kiro for AI-assisted development
Operations & Compliance
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning recommendations
- Ensure security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery standards are followed
