Lithic is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to build scalable compliance infrastructure for CIP, KYB, and CDD/EDD programs. You will oversee AI-assisted onboarding decisions and ensure alignment with bank partners and regulators.
You’ll work with Product and Engineering on new features, contribute to AML/BSA and regulatory testing, and help shape Lithic’s long-term compliance strategy while supporting high-volume enterprise clients.
