Senior AI Backend Engineer — Scalable Real-Time APIs (Hybrid)

Thomson Reuters Foundation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – AI to architect high‑performance backend systems enabling AI capabilities for tax and accounting professionals. You will design, implement, and optimize services coordinating LLM interactions, real‑time APIs, and large‑scale content processing in a cloud environment.

You will work with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and AWS, shape architecture, mentor teammates, and strengthen CI/CD. The role offers hybrid work across U.S.
